Payment and Shipping
The following conditions apply:
Goods are delivered worldwide.
Shipping Costs (including statutory VAT)
Domestic deliveries (Germany):
Shipping costs are calculated according to the destination, as well as the size and weight of the shipment, and are at least €25 within the EU.
International deliveries:
Shipping costs for destinations outside the EU must be determined individually. The size and weight of the shipment play a key role in determining the shipping costs.
Delivery Times
Unless a different delivery period is specified in the respective product offer, delivery within Germany will take place within 8–12 business days, and international deliveries within 5–90 business days after conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed advance payment, after the date of your payment instruction).
Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays or public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, the goods will be shipped in a single shipment unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time will be determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
For local pickup, we will notify you by email when the goods are ready and provide information about the available pickup options. In this case, no shipping costs will be charged.

Additional Information on Payment
When paying by credit card, your credit card account will be charged when the contract is concluded.
