Danielle Kerntopf (b. 1992) is a Brazilian-German self-taught artist currently living and working in Cascais, Portugal. Despite pursuing a different academic and professional path, art has always been an integral part of her life. From a young age, she painted and sold her works to finance her materials.

Relocating to a new country and embracing motherhood reignited her childhood dream of dedicating herself fully to art. Having begun painting professionally only a year ago, her artistic voice continues to evolve, while her illustrative and figurative style has become increasingly prominent in her recent work.

She primarily works in water-mixable oil over an acrylic underpainting, combining techniques to create expressive and distinctive compositions. Inspired by nature, mythology, and the vibrant colors of her heritage, her work seeks to capture both strength and emotional depth.
